Welcome to Ngaio Playcentre
Haere mai and welcome to Ngaio Playcentre - Te Whare Tākaro o Ngaio.
Our families work together to provide an excellent early childhood education for our children. As a licensed early childhood education centre, we implement Te Whāriki (the early childhood curriculum) and value and encourage child-initiated play. All our sessions are mixed-aged, and parents get training and support to lead sessions. We are lucky to be in a beautiful bush area, with a large outside space.
Playcentre is fun, rewarding, and a great learning environment for children and adults. It also creates a community for you and your family that extends beyond the pre-school years.
Ngaio Playcentre welcomes all families with children aged from birth to six years. Come join us for three free visits.
